paul verhoeven takes on the nazi's and the dutch resistance.  you got sex, nudity, gun fights, car chases an ss officer with a good heart and a final 'reveal' that is neither that exciting or surprising.  i really wanted to like this movie and i did enjoy parts of it, but overall it just falls down and the more i think about it afterwards, the more the problems stick out and bother me. the lead actress, carice van houten is great, however, and makes this film better then it really is.
