number one on my list of worse films of 2006 over at Filmed But Not Forgotten, this is a total debacle.  depalma has a great sense of style and when it works with a good screenplay it can be great.  Black Dahlia, however, is not one of those times.  bad screenplay and bad acting by pretty much all the leads make this a film that could and should definitely be forgotten.
