hey guys! sorry I haven't chimed in lately - had to get a new laptop, doing recovery discs and back up files, enjoying the summer, etc...but I'm still listening!! Watching "Nurse Jackie" - that's gonna be a hit!! Have "Hung" tivo'd, I'll get to that too...still enjoying the new season of USA's "In Plain Sight" - it's even better this season. So is the Kathy Griffin show. If you get a chance, watch the episode of her visiting Paula Deen in SC...best TV episode of ANYTHING I've seen in a long time!! I laughed my ass off! "Chelsea Lately" is still good, "Weeds" is still good, and looking forward to "Entourage" and "Dexter"!! Keep watching it! ....Out.
I'm with you on Merlin --- pretty bad. But oh so good. The scenes with the dragon, ug, could not be worse. But I'm still watching and enjoying.

I'm with Trish on the Kathy Griffin show... what a guilty pleasure for me.
Because of the comments on this show, I've started watching Weeds - OMG love it.. in the middle of season 2 now... I don't subscribe to any premium cable channels, so some of these shows on premium channels that you guys mention (like Hung), I miss in realtime.
Merlin - I'm agreeing with Shari - it's not that well made and a little predictable, but oh so fun... good for burning the time while running on the treadmill.
Jesse - I'm glad you are still a go for Dollhouse. Let's see where they take it next season, but for now, it's on my top watch list.
Some friends have told me I MUST see True Blood on HBO. Again, without the cable channels, I'll have to watch past seasons.. have you seen it? Any good? There is a new vampire show coming up on CW called Vampire Diaries... it's on network TV (CW) so I'll check it out.

Just finished Torchwood: Children of Earth (aka series 3) and Holy. Crap. I tried series 1 and 2 (was unimpressed by 1 and liked what I saw of 2 better, but not enough to dive in), but g'damn am I glad I tried series 3. The ratings have been great too, so here's hoping for series 4. I believe it's averaged between 5.5-6 million viewers a night, which is more than twice the ratings of last series. Anyways, thought it deserved a mention. Anyone else seen it?
