podcast subscribing/rss feeds: the podcasts (like most podcasts out there) are completely free to subscribe and/or listen to. you will notice on the left-hand side of the page a list of the podcasts with a list of places to get the shows (iTunes, podcast alley, podcast pickle...) as well as easy access to the rss feeds if you prefer to just take those for your rss reader and/or podcasts aggregator...

just wanna listen: you don't want to subscribe or go through iTunes to get the show? no problem...
